By purchasing or using our licenses, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by the current version of the TOS. 2. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or circumvent any protection mechanisms, is strictly prohibited. Such actions may lead to legal proceedings to protect CatWare's rights and intellectual property. 3. Pricing and Taxes All prices include taxes. As a small business owner, there is no additional VAT for now. 4. Usage Responsibility and Liability Users are fully responsible for the lawful and intended use of the software. CatWare is not responsible for any misuse of the software, including use that violates the terms of service of third-party platforms, leading to bans or other disciplinary actions by such platforms. CatWare shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from misuse, nor for any personal, financial, or reputational damage that may result. Users must use the software ethically and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The software is not intended for improper use, and any consequences from such use are the responsibility of the user. 5. Refund Policy We offer a 48 hour refund policy for software licenses if the license has not been activated and the product is faulty. We are committed to ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products. To support this, we provide dedicated customer support and regular updates aimed at resolving any issues and enhancing user experience. Refunds after license activation are considered only in exceptional cases where a significant fault in the software is identified and unequivocally attributed to an error on our part. Our support team diligently investigates reported issues, and if a fault is verified and deemed irreparable within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at CatWare's discretion. We encourage users to report any issues they encounter as detailed feedback aids us in quickly addressing and rectifying any software defects. Please note that refunds are not available once the license has been activated and the software has been downloaded. By purchasing and downloading our software, you acknowledge and agree that the right to a refund is forfeited upon activation of the software license and commencement of the download.
